Set beside the gorgeous white sand Cote d’Or beach on the island of Praslin, the Cote d’Or Footprints are just twelve spacious chalets in a lovely garden setting just steps from the ocean.
The simple modern chalets have been constructed to reflect old-style Creole buildings and are all are elegantly decorated. Modern facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in bedrooms and spacious furnished terraces.

With only 12 Chalets all feature air-conditioned bedrooms, separate (non airconditioned except deluxe) lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen area with sofa, open-plan bathroom with shower as well as a good sized terrace. Included are a TV, safe, tea and coffee making, hair dryer and complimentary wi-fi
- 1 Bedroom Chalet (71m²): on ground level with its own veranda, this chalet features a King-size bed and accommodates up to 2 adults and a child
- 1 Bedroom Deluxe Chalet (106m²): located close to the beach with its own plunge pool and shower, an outside grill, whilst inside has a King-size bed and air-conditioning in the bedroom and living area accommodates 2 adults
- 2 Bedroom Chalet (115m²): contains two en-suite bedrooms, one being a twin and the other a King accommodates up to 5 guests
- 2 Bedroom Family Chalet (142m²): split over two levels with two en-suite bedrooms. the ground floor is a twin room whilst the upstairs has King Beds and a private balcony accommodates up to 5 guests
Whilst a self catered property, there is a good choice of local restaurants a short taxi ride away or stroll for the more energetic

On arrival in Praslin, transfer time is 30 minutes by private road transfer from Praslin airport or 10 minutes from the Ferry Terminal
