Your money is completely safe with us due to the regulatory bodies we have operating licenses with both in the UK and in Ireland (for bookings from the EU). We adhere to their rigorous rules and codes of conduct, meaning that we safeguard any monies you pay to us in advance of your holiday.
Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL)
Just Seychelles is fully ATOL bonded as a trading entity of Tropical Sky Limited with the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority), ATOL Number 9759.
The CAA is the UK’s aviation regulator responsible for that include air safety and consumer protection among other duties. It manages the Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing (ATOL) scheme. All operators in the UK are required by law to hold an ATOL licence which demands the deposit of a substantial financial bond with the CAA. ATOL protects you from being stranded or losing money by arranging for people abroad to finish their holiday and fly home or fully refunding your payment in the event of any problem with the operator. It only applies to flight inclusive holiday packages.
ABTOT
ABTOT (The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited) provides financial protection under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 for Just Seychelles, a trading entity of Tropical Sky Limited, membership number 5504, and in the event of their insolvency, protection is provided for non-flight package holidays.
ABTOT cover provides for a refund in the event you have not yet travelled or repatriation if transportation was included in your package. Please note that bookings made outside the UK are only protected by ABTOT when purchased directly with Just Seychelles.
IAA (Irish Aviation Authority)
Just Seychelles, as a trading division of Tropical Sky Limited is licensed to trade in Ireland by The Irish Aviation Authority (IAA – TA0664), a commercial semi-state company (Designated Activity Company) and the single civil aviation regulator for Ireland. The IAA is responsible for the regulation of safety, security and consumer interests. The company’s responsibilities are set out in the framework of applicable global, European and national legislation/regulation. As a condition of granting licences to tour operators and travel agents, the IAA insists on the deposit of a secured bond and administers a scheme to reimburse consumers in the event of commercial or other difficulties with their provider. Booking your holiday with a IAA Licenced operator like Just Seychelles means your money and your holiday are protected from the outset.
IATA
Just Seychelles as a trading division of Tropical Sky Limited, is associated with IATA (International Air Transport Association). The organisation promotes international inter-airline cooperation.
As an IATA member, it is easy for us to have direct contracts with all of the leading airlines flying to the Seychelles giving breadth of choice of routing including many stopover points.
